1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Life-ARCHITECT concerning your access to and use of the Life-ARCHITECT PWA and https://life-architect.pages.dev.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and Content are our proprietary property. You retain 100% ownership of the data you input (tasks, habits, journals).
3. USER ACCESS & SUBSCRIPTION MODEL
- Guest Mode: 3-minute exploration window.
- 30-Day Free Trial: Full-feature trial. No payment information required.
- Architect Subscription: Continued access at ₹29/month.
4. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
All transactions are handled via Razorpay. All payments are final. You may cancel at any time via Settings to stop future billing.
5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) USAGE
AI features are provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI-generated interpretations.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Prohibited activities include bypassing trial restrictions (bypassing the 3-minute or 30-day timers), reverse engineering, malicious use, or attempting to extort the Company.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL LIFE-ARCHITECT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF 3 MONTHS OF SUBSCRIPTION FEES OR ₹100 FOR FREE USERS.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Life-ARCHITECT against any loss or damage arising from your misuse of the app.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: India. Exclusive Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
