1. THE "TRIAL-FIRST" COMMITMENT
To ensure total transparency and customer satisfaction, we provide two comprehensive evaluation tiers before any financial transaction occurs:
- 3-Minute Guest Access: A no-login, no-commitment exploration window.
- 30-Day Full Feature Trial: A comprehensive trial of all "Architect" features with zero payment information required (No Credit Card/UPI needed).
By proceeding to a paid subscription after these evaluation periods, you acknowledge that the Service meets your requirements and you waive the right to a refund based on "change of mind" or "lack of use."
2. NO-REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
Except as expressly required by the laws of India (specifically the Consumer Protection Act), all payments for "The Architect Subscription" (₹29/month) are non-refundable.
- Digital Delivery: Our Service is a "Digital Good." Upon successful payment, premium features are unlocked instantly.
- No Pro-Rata Refunds: If you choose to cancel your subscription mid-month, we do not provide partial refunds.
- Subscription Responsibility: Forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.
3. EXCEPTIONS & "UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES"
We manually review the following cases if reported within 48 hours:
- Mistaken Identity/Account: Purchase on a secondary account.
- Duplicate Charges: Verified technical glitch in our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Unauthorized Fraudulent Use: Subject to verification by your bank.
- Service Deficiency: Verified, prolonged system outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours).
4. CANCELLATION OF FUTURE BILLING
We provide a "no-questions-asked" cancellation process:
- Control: Cancel at any time via Settings > Subscription.
- Access: Retain "Architect" status until the end of your current 30-day period.
- Reactivation: Reactivate at any time without loss of your data.
